A senior member of the STC, Karen has 12 years of experience as a user experience consultant. She is also a member of the Usability Professionals Organization, served as a president of the Suncoast chapter, presented at annual STC conferences, and most recently wrote the forward for the November Intercom issue on usability. She currently works for Seascape Consulting in Tampa, Florida.
